Canadian Ice Academy offers year-round training for recreational and competitive figure skaters. Our programs are designed to help athletes reach their goals through expert coaching, supportive instruction, and world-class facilities. Whether you’re just stepping onto the ice or pursuing national competition, there’s a path here for you.

Our core figure skating program includes structured on-ice sessions, ballet, jump training, and fitness classes. Skaters may choose from membership packages designed to match their level of commitment and training goals.

High Performer Program for Competitive Skaters

The High Performer Program is designed for athletes training at the provincial, national, or international level. This program offers a balanced schedule that combines academic flexibility with intensive afternoon training.

Students attend school in the morning (via our affiliated schools or approved arrangements) and train at CIA in the afternoon. Transportation from partner schools is provided.

  • Academic schedule aligned with Ontario curriculum
  • Afternoon training at CIA (on- and off-ice)
  • Ballet, fitness, mental prep, and nutrition support
  • Affiliated with Hollycrest Middle School & Silverthorn Collegiate Institute
  • Charter bussing provided from schools to CIA
